Special Highlight: Dunman Road GLS Site

An exciting new development is coming to the Dunman-Dakota area, in one of the most vibrant and bustling locations in Singapore today. This upcoming development will draw the eyes of those who wish to live near the heart of the Kallang-East-coast area. The 99-year leasehold plot, is zoned pure residential and is to be built as a condominium development. It can potentially offer 1,035 new homes on a site that spans 2.52 hectare in land size. The site has a maximum gross floor area of 88,321 sq m.

Situated in District 15 - one of the most desirable locations - future residents at the development on the Dunman road site will enjoy easy access to amenities at the Singapore Sports hub situated in Kallang, as well as the retail-food enclave in Katong and East Coast Road. In addition, as there have been limited new private residential launches in the area in the last couple of years, the Dunman Road project will likely find favour among home buyers and investors.
